Practical guide

Plan a clean batch resize and naming workflow

Use maximum dimensions without stretching images and build predictable names with the {name}, {n} and {ext} tokens.

Predictable batch organization

Resize, preview names and export a batch manifest

Maximum width and height preserve the original aspect ratio. Naming rules are previewed before processing so a large folder can be checked before any output is downloaded.

Maximum dimensions, not stretching

Images are fitted inside the selected maximum width and height. Smaller dimensions are calculated proportionally rather than forcing every source into the same shape.

Visible naming tokens

Use {name}, {n} and {ext}. The generated names for the first files appear immediately, helping reveal an unsuitable pattern before processing.

Folder and per-file control

Select individual images or a supported browser folder. Shared dimensions can be overridden for a particular file without splitting the batch into several tools.

CSV batch manifest

After processing, download a CSV manifest containing output names, size and dimension text, verification status and metadata summaries.
